Depth, and Inner Alignment
Grounded in Leadership
I’m a qualified Business and Life Coach, Operations Leader, Certified Warrior Goddess Coach, Certified Warrior Heart Coach, Sacred Space Holder and Energy Practitioner. Since 2011, I’ve been on a spiritual journey that has shaped who I am, both professionally and personally. I work at the intersection of leadership and deeper personal inquiry, understanding the realities of responsibility, real-world demands, and the cost of being disconnected from oneself within them.
A Deeper Calling
Alongside that path, I felt a quieter pull, a sense that something deeper was waiting. My work grew from this space, supporting women who carry ambition and responsibility, yet feel the call to reconnect with themselves in a more meaningful, grounded way. I don’t offer quick fixes. I offer depth, honesty, and a return to inner authority.
You don’t need to become more.
You just need to come home to yourself.
My Lineage
Rooted in Place. Guided by Belonging.
My work is grounded in remembrance of who we are, where we come from, and what holds us.
I was born on the Dingle Peninsula on the south western edge of Ireland, where land, language and lineage are deeply felt. Raised within a strong family clan, I carry an innate understanding of community as something we belong to.
The wild Atlantic, the mist rolling across the land, and the force of the winds are part of that inheritance.
On my father’s side, a lineage of fishermen and drummers. On my mother’s side, farmers rooted in the land. The rhythm of the ocean, the steadiness of the earth, and the beat of the drum are threads that live in me, shaping how I move through the world and the spaces I hold.
After years living abroad, I returned home and settled in Galway in 2015. Looking back, this was not just a decision but a deeper return.
Today, the spaces I hold are informed by this lived experience. I believe healing is not something we do alone. It happens when we allow ourselves to be held by other women, by the body, and by the world around us. My work invites you back into that sense of belonging.
