These Terms of Service govern your use of the Codes of the Feminine website, your registration for the Codes of the Feminine Summit, any purchase of Lifetime Access or recordings, subscription to our email communications, and engagement with coaching services offered by Denise Kennedy (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By registering, purchasing, or subscribing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed.

1. About Us

The Codes of the Feminine is operated by Denise Kennedy, based in Ireland. For any questions relating to these terms, please contact us at hello@codesofthefeminine.com.

2. Summit Registration & Free Access

The Codes of the Feminine Summit is a free online event. By registering, you agree to the following:

• Registration is free and grants you access to summit sessions during their scheduled 48-hour viewing windows (June 1–5, 2026).
• Sessions are time-limited. Free access to each session expires 48 hours after it opens. We are not obliged to extend this window.
• By registering, you consent to receiving summit-related email communications, including session notifications and access reminders. You may unsubscribe at any time.
• We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the summit programme at any time. In the event of significant changes, we will notify registered attendees by email.
• You may not record, redistribute, or share summit content without the express written permission of Denise Kennedy and the relevant speaker.

3. Lifetime Access & Paid Products

Lifetime Access to the summit recordings is available as a paid upgrade. The following terms apply to all purchases:

What is included

Lifetime Access includes all 20 summit conversations in downloadable video and audio format, with no time restriction on viewing. Pricing tiers are as follows:

• Early Supporter (before June 1, 2026): €47
• During the Live Event (June 1–5, 2026): €67
• After the Summit (from June 6, 2026): €177

Payment

All prices are in Euro (€) and include any applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your payment card details. Your purchase is confirmed by email upon successful payment.

Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final once access to recordings has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, please contact us at hello@codesofthefeminine.com and we will do our best to resolve it promptly.

If you purchase Lifetime Access before the summit begins and the event is cancelled in its entirety, you will be entitled to a full refund.

Permitted use

Lifetime Access is for your personal use only. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or publicly screen the recordings. Each purchase grants access to one individual user.

4. Email Communications

By registering for the summit, purchasing a product, or subscribing via our website, you consent to receiving email communications from Codes of the Feminine. These may include:

• Summit session notifications and access links
• Information about future summits, programmes, and offerings
• Occasional personal reflections and content from Denise Kennedy

You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us directly. We will never sell or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Coaching Services

Where you engage Denise Kennedy for individual or group coaching services, the following additional terms apply:

Nature of coaching

Coaching is a collaborative and exploratory process. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, please seek the help of a qualified professional. Denise Kennedy is not a licensed therapist or medical practitioner.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and wellbeing throughout the coaching relationship. The insights, practices, and conversations shared in coaching are offered in good faith and are not guaranteed to produce specific outcomes.

Confidentiality

All coaching conversations are held in confidence. Neither party will disclose the content of sessions to third parties without the other’s consent, except where required by law.

Cancellation & rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule a coaching session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited. Specific terms will be confirmed in your coaching agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within the summit — including session recordings, written materials, graphics, and branding — is the intellectual property of Denise Kennedy or the respective speakers, and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of this content without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Denise Kennedy and Codes of the Feminine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this website, attendance at the summit, or engagement with any content or coaching services.

Our total liability to you in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
